Incredible service. Mark was so patient and kind to my 93 year old mom. He fitted her with a new hearing aid that is perfect. He was very through in explaining everything and made her feel extremely comfortable. He knew exactly what hearing aid would work best for her. He even assigned her “homework” to help her brain progress and relearn how words sound. I highly recommend this company.
