When I was there some girl they called Jay was rude to me and wouldn’t let me get a word in never going back
This pharmacy is the only place that combines my stomach liquid medicine. It comes with a syringe. They are super nice and friendly. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable about how your medication is combines, how to take it, and if any questions to call them back. I have called them back for a question and they were so nice and polite.
I had used this Pharmacy for the past few years. Their customer service used to be outstanding and their turnaround time on medication’s was just as good. The past couple times that I had my prescription refilled it has taken forever and their customer service lacks. Try to get someone on the phone… good luck. For instance: I ordered one prescription last Monday, the following Wednesday it still isn’t filled. Their reason is they had a snow day and they said as a customer we are to allow 3-5 days to fill. Very polite and helpful staff. Got answers for me right away. Have been using for several months now. Ordered my medication on Tuesday and received it in the mail on Wednesday. Their service is faster than Amazon.
I think half your reviews are fake my vet tried to get ahold of you guys nobody would answer the phone or the pharmacist wasn't in so now I got to wait longer for my cat's medicine to be ready I blame you guys for all of this ever since we've gone to you guys it's not it's been one problem after another ridiculous when you raise the price of your medicine by 22 bucks
