Really happy with my experience with Custom Health Coaching. Yonah's knowledge really stood out, and he gave me practical tools that actually made sense for my situation. It genuinely felt customised to my needs rather than a one size fits all approach, and he kept adjusting things along the way based on what was working for me. Really supportive, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Yonah at custom health coaching has been fantastic for me and my health goals. Helping me rehab from a back injury jury to now focusing on technique and core strength. Great technical knowledge that is shared in an easy way. Highly recommended!!
Yonah and I worked together for about a year and in that time my view and mindset of food, training, weightloss, and overall health changed significantly. His straightforward and energetic approach was helpful even though I wasn't always the easiest client to deal with 🤣 He really cares and is there for you every step of the way.
He cured my shoulder pain with in few weeks, Before him i have seen few physiotherapists but they couldn't solve the issue.
Yonah was very knowledgeable. He helped guide as through any problems we had with exercises, even equipment setup. Made programs that suited us and adjusted things when they didn't. Communication was a breeze always responsive and helpful. My son and I both did the program and Yonah helped us manage it separately and together. My son is special needs and he started this program over 12 months ago, It worked out great! I would definitely recommend
