They are lying when they say it is a customized program for each person. This is not a customized program. Everyone receives the same pdf food list. It is a keto program plus appetite suppressants, which makes sense because the food list is extremely limited. This is not sustainable long term, and is very unhealthy if you are an athlete of any type. They also refused to refund even after acknowledging this.
I bought this plan when it was way more than what they charge now and they claimed lifetime support. I barely got it when I was still in the 40 days of the program. I barely got to speak with anyone once they got my money. About a year later I made a trip over there and spoke with the girl at the front desk and voiced my opinions about their lack of support. Helpful and committed staff. Lost over 20 pounds
I started Custom Health in April 2019 and by October 2019 I have lost 48 lbs. The staff there is amazing a help you and are real with the struggles. I have tried may diets and programs with no luck. Custom Health is truly a lifestyle change!
