Been screwed up by them many times, they are absolutely not accountable.
They used to be good but they became very slow response, miss the refill and very disorganized. I believe they have reorg as the contact person I worked very well with has gone. After seeing all these negative comments, I would consider to stop with them.
I use blister packs and couple times I took wrong blister, and understand this only when see extra blister for morning and missed for night. When I saw advertisement of Custom Health I thought that can fix this problem. But I was wrong. I hadn't anything but headache from them. First, they said that they can't use supplements, which I bought and have to order them from their suppliers and sent to me authorization form to charge my credit card and checking account, without providing price. Would have given a 5.before but lately it has gotten really bad. Had an amazing delivery driver and for some reason. (They are still delivering) I start getting delivery on wrong day and I just got a delivery at 11:40 pm
