I went to custom hair design for the first time about two weeks ago, and I was very disappointed. First off, when I walked it I wasn't even greeted I felt a little unwelcome. Then the lady seemed annoyed that she had to cut my hair, I asked her how long she had been there and she said she was the owner which puzzled me. My haircut wasn't really what I wanted and I just felt like the atmosphere there was terrible. Very disappointed.
