I originally contacted Custom Gutters because they were the only company I could find that carried the exact type of gutter covers I was looking for. I found Mark very easy to work with and very responsive as we planned the details of my project. For the actual installation, Oleg and Ben did a fantastic job... working long and hard in 1 day to install new gutters and covers on my fairly complicated roof... with incredible attention to detail... end result 5+ stars!!!! Update: There may have been a communication issue: Custom Gutters returned and addressed all issues. In the end, I'm satisfied with the workmanship and overall experience. Workers were pleasant and seemed conscientious, but the job was never completed and the gutters that were installed do not fully function. The company initially responded to my inquiries/complaint but then ghosted me completely and will not respond or come back to finish or fix the gutters.
