Had Custom install gutters on a commercial building. They insisted I needed a wider gutter to keep water from overflowing. Paid extra and did that. It still didn't work. The reason, I was advised by them, was that it now needed some type of leaf guard. I paid another $600 for that. It didn't work. The owner, after numerous complaints, said he examined the gutters and there were no problems.
