Yolanda and Gourmet Chef Catering are simply outstanding. She is a true artist in her craft, and every detail of her work shows it. For our wedding, she created an unforgettable meal perfectly presented, at the right temperature, and absolutely delicious. CGC catered our wedding near Comox and I have nothing but great things to say. Yolanda and her team were professional, kind, on time. Most importantly the food was delicious, and there was enough for everyone. You know it's a good choice when you hardly have to think about it and all you get is people telling you how great the food was. Five stars. Thanks for helping make our wedding fantastic!
Yolanda and her team just catered our wedding and we were super happy with her and her team. Communication was good leading up to it which is important to me. The day of the wedding we had appetizers early afternoon then buffet dinner later on. Everything came out on time and the food was excellent, everyone loved it all! Her and her team were just amazing throughout, helping to clear plates and completely cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend them and would use them again. Thanks Yolanda!
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our wedding buffet food and service. As our day drew near, communication with Yolanda was difficult as she was so busy. Many final details were missing including whether tables would be provided for the buffet, do we provide the plates, etc… (we didn’t know!) The team that attended our wedding for buffet service arrived in a highly stressed & frazzled state. Most team members, although lovely people, were inexperienced and very slow to replenish the food.
