Absolutely incredible service!
My husband ordered a custom ring that was beautiful however they made it to small so we brought in to resize, they did but they totally ruined it. Instead of cutting at the back they stretch out the row of stones at the front so now the front is thinner than the back of the ring and the stone spacing is uneven and all I can see is random gaps between the stone. On top they messed up the sizing again making it more bigger than was requested. It is also uneven now throughout the whole ring. Called them, they said bring it but ... read more
A very disappointing experience. While the initial contact and consultation went well, after that things went downhill. When I went to pick up my piece, they had changed the design agreed upon, with a fair reason, but I felt a little bulldozed into a different look with no warning. Despite that, it became one of my favourite pieces and I took excellent care of it. Less than a year of regular use and I found that the stone had chipped. When I contacted them regarding warranty and repair, they took weeks to even respond to me.... read more
