I got a mirror cut from this company. It was done within a day or two and looked great. Unfortunately I gave them the wrong measurements. End of the world? No they worked with me to fix my mistake and the final product turned out great. I would go back here in a heartbeat, the customer service is top notch.
FINALLY! A place that works with fireplace glass and is super friendly about it. After a dozen phone calls to other places, Custom Glass was super friendly and helpful about replacing my gas fireplace's broken glass. Really helpful, really knowledgeable; this was my last stop and now my first stop for everything glass. Thanks!

Amazing service and reasonably priced.
I needed two new IGUs for two windows in my house. I brought the windows into them, and they measured them and ordered the replacements. Waited a couple of weeks and brought the frames back in to have the new IGUs installed. A little hiccup on one of the windows, but Kyle came out to my house and corrected it in less than an hour and reinstalled it for me! Great customer service! I've used them before and I will use them again! Thank you!
