Working with Custom Glass was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We were initially given a 2–3 week timeline for our shower glass installation. Four weeks later, we still had no glass and, more concerning, no proactive communication about the delay. I contacted custom glass of Denver via Thumbtack and attempted to text and call them multiple times over a few days. They told me that they were going to come out TWICE and did not come. I tried to call and follow up with the company and let anyone know that they didn’t come out as they said that they were going to do, and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’m really not sure how they get business if I have to chase them to do a simple job.
Leonard installed windows on my parents' home back in Oct of 2025. My parents are in assisted living I am their POA. This house was on the market and under contract. He was aware of that. He installed windows that were defective windows. He did not seal them correctly as I have pics and documentation from the inspection done on the home a couple days after his installation. Disappointed with the overall experience. I hired this glass contractor expecting clear communication and reliable timelines, but it’s been the opposite. Constant delays, vague updates - Getting a straight answer has been almost impossible, and the lack of follow-through has pushed my project back.
Update: The company has since returned our deposit. Again, this issue was never about the quality of his work. He does provide excellent service and his work is exceptional compared to other vendors we have used in the past. We want to be very clear about that. After speaking with the owner, we learned that personal tragedy played a very large role in the events that followed and why everything after that transpired.
