Showed up and gave a quick estimate!
He was suppose to order and install a replacement Patio door glass since the spring of 2022, And.... IT IS NOT BEEN REPLACED! Now He doesn't even return phone calls and he still has my down payment!!! I suggest thinking about going with this company. It seems like he did not want to do this job now, which is fine, bu talk to your customers! I do NOT trust this company unless he makes things right.
Chris came and gave estimate for replacing sunroom window in July, stating it would arrive in about 3-4 weeks and he would come and install. I gave the information to my landlord, who promptly sent him the requested deposit of 1/2 of the estimate. Since then I have tried numerous times with no success getting in touch with Chris. I have left numerous messages with NO returned calls and he never answers his phone.
