A very dear friend of mine ordered some beveled glass panes for her cabinets and 1 is cloudy at the bevels & was told that as long as the cloudiness can't be seen from more than 6' away it's all good! Horrible customer service in my opinion.
Thank you Custom Glass and the craftsman that cut glass from an old window sash (hand blown cylinder glass) I found and fit it into the radius top door of my family heirloom. Thank you for helping me restore her properly.
I never could get an estimate for a window I wanted replaced. I called and was told by the girl that was working on it I would get a phone call and email with estimate. I AM STILL WAITING 2 WEEKS LATER. I called Capital Glass and the guy came out and measured and had an estimate in 2 hrs. I will never recommend to any of my friends Custom Glass.
