Fantastic customer service I hired Custom Gardens to spruce up my front foundation beds and but in some new plants for my new home in Williamsburg. Their crew did a fantastic job and was very friendly and the designer was very knowledgeable. I felt confident with them because their entire design staff has a degree in horticulture and they are certified. No trash or cigarette butts were left behind after the work which happen to me with other companies.
Arrogant One word RUDE, this includes the receptionist to the designer who called back. Too many great landscapers in Williamsburg, Va to be spoken to like they were doing you a favor by even calling you back. I doubt the constant comment that "were much higher than other landscapers", and implying if your not going to spend a small fortune don't waste our time approach, will get them much business. Extremely arrogant is an understatement.
