Simply do what they say they will do, when they say it will happen. Hasn't happened for me. Say they will call but never do. Cannot get parts to put on vehicle, just say they are "tracking" them down. 😡😠🤬
Used Custom FX for 10+ years in the car business. When it comes to aftermarket customization these guys are at the top of my list every time. Really doubt there is a better customer service man in the business than Gary.
Custom FX is neat shop, they did the heated seats on my 2014 chevy Equinox, the finished job looked like it came from the factory that way. I want to take my 2014 Sonic Hatchback RS and check on underlights. That is if they are legal in my area.
It would be nice if the hours of operation was on at least one of the websites. Are there any Saturday hours?
