I had been looking for new floor covering for many months, most companies seemed so average. Till I found Custom Floors & interiors in Troy MI. They were a major cut above the normal floor covering company. They know your products & never sold me anything I didn't need. They work w/their own professional installers & they were amazing. I would recommend them to very one!!! Happy Customer! P.S Great prices as well!
I had Custom Floors & Interiors, Redo my whole house with Laminate and Carpeting. There installers were very professional and cleaned up before they left. Which most company's do not do from past experiences. The owner and his son were very professional. The quote and prices were done with in 24 hours. They are extremely helpful and very kind. Not a very professional company. They nickel and dime the customer without desire to satisfy. They claim to be "family business" and sell you on that, but I'd rather deal with a corporation and leave being a happy customer. I will never recommend! Installer lacked care in my home and owners added extra cost without my acknowledgement - very unprofessional in my opinion. Quote took a week to arrive after promised in 48 hours. There was always a long story to explain why the service was bad - waste of my time!
