Custom Floor Design was terrific from start to finish. I found them online and did not have high expectations going there. I was wrong. The showroom was bright and very professional. And they had beautiful high end products. Our consultant, Kathy, was knowledgeable and very patient. She spent a long time with us as we were looking for an area rug. I recently used Custom Floor Designs Inc. to replace and install new carpeting purchased for stairs and landing areas and a matching area rug because I had water damage at my home over the winter which ruined the carpeting in these areas of my home.
