The sales people in store very helpfull in helping us select our option. Very responsive to all questions we had. We are very happy. I needed to have about 1/3 of a laminate floor pulled up and installed properly. Had another business lay it initially through my insurance and to say they did a poor job would be a understatement. These guys sent their Installer out and he did it in a very timely manner and had excellent workmanship. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat the next time I need a floor replaced
Sil and Derek, and the rest of the staff at Carpet One in Sarnia were a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgable, friendly, price competitive and most importantly kept every commitment they made!
