Great service each and every time we visit the store!!!
I've worked with Crystal a few times now, she's always so happy to help & find out availability on products and prices for me. When my favorite mosaic tile was discontinued, she found me something so similar and I loved it even more. I've renovated 2 bathrooms with her help and knowledgeable expertise on finishes. I really appreciate having this store in Powell River and that the staff knows their stuff.
We are in the process of doing a small kitchen refresh and added a tile backsplash. Our experience working with Customs Flooring was excellent. They had a large selection of wall tiles to choose from, the price point was reasonable, and the timeline was quick. And the service was great too. Here are some before and after photos too. Our installer was very professional, the prep work he did leveling the old Townsite attic subfloor was above and beyond. The final product is amazing. Good pricing and quantity products. The staff from sales to installation took their time to ensure we had the flooring we needed within the budget we had. Thanks everyone The Grahams
