We have bought a lot of flooring from Custom Flooring. They also installed flooring in our house and we love it! We have been happy with their service and that’s why we keep coming back! :)
I've dealt with Custom Flooring for over 15 years over about a dozen projects or so and every single time they have met or exceeded my expectations. Stella is always accommodating and Curt helpful. I have in the past and would still refer them to anyone!
I've always heard great and looked up to this business but my experience has been less than par. First time we walked in, we looked and felt quite comfortable even if both ladies working did not acknowledge us until I gave no choice with my questions. We got an estimate. Super professional. 2 weeks later I'm asking for estimate as it wasn't received and lady on the phone was maybe overwhelmed or... At the end of convo I asked for 2 different estimates with different scenarios which I was to receive by end of day. 5 days late... read more
I have had such a positive experience with Custom Flooring. Stella helped me find a floor that I absolutely love! Curtis came out to do some measurements and work out and estimate. He answered all my questions and concerns. The team that came out to install my flooring were fantastic! Michael and Daryl are polite and friendly. Their attention to detail was over the top. They are meticulous. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I would highly recommend this company and I will be calling them for my next project!
