CFS is the best gym! Every class is different and you'll have a well-balanced workout between upper body days, lower body days and core/cardio. All of the trainers are fantastic too! Very knowledgeable and supportive.

This is by far THE BEST gym I have been too. Every workout is personalized and run by a personal trainer so you are never left unsure of what to do at the gym. You will be encouraged and highly motivated to expect the best of yourself! You will always have a great time and excellent workout!
