I didn’t come to be fitted for a bike, I came to pickup replacement parts. I guess this isn’t a place that embraces customers who don’t buy a bike. While I wasn’t treated rudely, I would definitely call it indifferently. Top that with trying to collect for something that was paid for online. Another person had to show the clerk that I indeed had prepaid. No apology, and not a thank you from either employee. Of course they didn’t know I had traveled over 30 miles to visit their store. Mark spent the majority of his Saturday to cater to our specific needs. He thoroughly explained the purpose of each bike type and finally pointed us to the Specialized Ruby. The remainder of the day was spent fine tuning and fitting. He explained each and every reason why we needed these measurements, and also explained the benefit of having it done. Excellent communication and a very knowledgeable staff.

Stuart was incredible. Knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend these guys. They clearly have your best interest in mind. Their passion shows through loud and clear in getting you the perfect bike and perfect fit!
