I can’t speak to the services this gym provides but I wanted to leave a positive review because of the kindness of one of their trainers. Today I was stuck in the parking lot (which is very narrow and difficult to back out of with a large vehicle) after visiting a neighbouring business. I've been coming here for 13 years. They are like my brothers now. Always tweak a workout as needed and customize it for your fit ess level and preferences. Paul still kicks me in the ass when i need it. Come for the workout, stay for the jokes.

My experience was some time ago but I figured I should add it in now. I signed up for a free consultation offered to students for a research project their team was working on. It was a great 30-35 min consultation for me. They gave me some solid tips that I am currently working on and so far I can see some improvements rolling in. The team was very kind, they explained to me their thought process as we progressed which also helped me quite a lot to see my weaknesses.
