Larry and Janet repaired our gas log fireplace. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. They quickly identified the problem and repaired/replaced the needed parts, completely cleaned our firebox and expertly reconstructed our log set. The result is a clean burning gas log set that looks gorgeous. They answered all of our questions along the way. We are thrilled with their work! We highly recommend!
We had Larry and Janet come work on our propane fireplace and they were very professional ,efficient and knowledgeable. They did a great job in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend them.
Larry performed a service call in Jamestown, Tn. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions. Need to keep Larry onboard. Good help is hard to find.
Larry came yesterday to replace a pilot light and clean the logs in our gas fireplace. He did a fantastic job! He was efficient, friendly and did a great job at leaving everything clean and spotless. We would highly recommend him.
Larry came this morning on schedule and was very pleased to see we had removed the old FP and cleaned the box. He was very professional and friendly. He installed and set up the new fireplace in no time, he cleaned everything and was out the door to his next appointment. A very nice young man, we enjoyed talking with him.
