Stay away from this place folks. I had missing parts for my Heat n Glow and they wouldnt stand behind there product. Blamed the builder and accused me of the issues. Was cussed out by a guy names Jeff. If you want a good dealer to stand by there products and warranty their work head to The Place in Medina. They are very professional. I wouldnt waste my time with these folks they could care less once they sell you the product they are done. Your on your owe to fight it out. Stay away
