I am buying my second Weber grill from them. The first Weber lasted around 20 years and still works! It does need to have some work done on it, so we may as well replace it.

This company is the absolute best there is when it comes to customer service and quality. I recently hired Custom Fireplace to demo out an old gas fireplace and install a new Heat & Glo wood burning fireplace. This thing turned out as good as I ever imagined. Not only is the finished product great, the customer service was outstanding and they were able to answer all of my questions to help me make my decision on which products I wanted.

4 years ago I purchased a Weber grill, after that long it had a little issue with lid liner. get this... it was replace under warranty in 5 days and that includes the weekend. Awesome!
We bought a grill from them. They were very knowledgeable and super friendly. This is the type of staff you want to have over to cookout with on the new grill! Thank you for helping us get the perfect grill!
