Have a 12 year old Natural gas vented fireplace that wouldn't light start of the season in October. Requested a sevice call from Custom Fireplace Shop. Jeff, the technician, was considerate and very skilled. he cleaned and checked-out my system and determined the problem was the RF remote ccontrol and receiver. He offeredme options and installed a $12.00 hard wired switch that works for me. Excellent people to deal with.
GReat repair service from Their' technisican, Jeff. Serviced my 12 year old vented gas log fireplace and did a repair with the most affordable option. Great experience getting my 12 year old fireplace back up & running for ther 2025-2026 season. Bravo!
