If I could give a “0” I would!!! They are dangerous!! This company came to inspect my gas log fireplace to ensure it was safe. They told me my damper was open too far and placed a clip on it to keep it open enough to vent the gas. After they left and I turned on the fireplace I smelled gas fumes. I had them back a second time to check that issue. They charged me another service fee of over $100.00 and told me it may have been how high the cinders were around the pan and spread them around. We are ready to hire an attorney because this company robbed us of thousands of dollars. They installed a faulty gas fireplace that never worked right from day one. They came out to try to ‘fix it’ several times with no luck. When we finally asked for the logs to be replaced or we wanted our money back as the starter was broken and igniting on its own, they stopped returning our calls. Absolutely Awful. Do not use

I would give this a lower rating but the one star is the lowest option available. Definitely stay away from this company. We hired them to reface our fireplace and install a custom mantel that they order through a mantel company. We put approximately half the money down, plus we had to supply the stone for the wall and slate for the floor. We were told it would be done in 2 to 3 weeks. I honestly couldn’t rave enough about this company. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially since I only had a vague idea of what I wanted/needed. With their help, a team member came out and was able to explain what fireplace would work best. He even kept up communications after the install to ensure my husband and I were satisfied and had all our questions answered. THANK YOU!!!!

The business I work for was really excited to work with Custom Fireplace Professionals, LLC. However, after several unanswered emails and phone calls we unfortunately have to find a new company. Very disappointing.
