Terrible customer service. We have missing pieces of a newly installed fence that were never installed. And a defective gate that was promised FIVE times would be fixed. They are sure happy to take your money, but non existent customer service. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
The crew that came out were awesome. They were polite professional and hard working! I would recommend Custom Fence to anyone who asks! The sales staff and everyone in the office was wonderful and kept me notified on updates.
Very professional installers. Very efficient time without cutting corners. The “foreman” was really helpful and answered any questions or concerns we had. We just needed the back yard fenced in but we would definitely recommend Custom Fence to any potential customers.
