I had a great experience with Custom Fence as a first-time customer. My project was to replace an old fence that blew over and to add a gate. The project was completed efficiently. The fence looks great and is much more sturdy than my last fence thanks to the metal posts installed with each wooden post. I used this company 3.5 years ago at my previous home and was satisfied with the result. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was disappointing, and I can no longer recommend them. I paid my deposit in late December and was told installation would happen within 3–4 weeks, regardless of weather. By mid-January, I followed up with Matt and learned that the fence needed to be sprayed (bronze), a detail they failed to mention. I asked to skip that to avoid delays.
