I had a great experience with Custom Fence as a first-time customer. My project was to replace an old fence that blew over and to add a gate. The project was completed efficiently. The fence looks great and is much more sturdy than my last fence thanks to the metal posts installed with each wooden post. Special thanks to Zach and his crew for the buildout, Chris for finishing touches, Maddie for communication and support, and Sean for the initial consultation and quote.

I used this company 3.5 years ago at my previous home and was satisfied with the result. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was disappointing, and I can no longer recommend them. I paid my deposit in late December and was told installation would happen within 3–4 weeks, regardless of weather. By mid-January, I followed up with Matt and learned that the fence needed to be sprayed (bronze), a detail they failed to mention. I asked to skip that to avoid delays. Terrible customer service. We have missing pieces of a newly installed fence that were never installed. And a defective gate that was promised FIVE times would be fixed. They are sure happy to take your money, but non existent customer service. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
