We were adamant they needed to come AFTER noon. Preferably, 1pm. I’m running on 3 hours of sleep, I get up in 2 hours. Custom Fence was absolutely fabulous. Every person I talked to was very kind and punctual. They always kept us informed and even bumped up our install a month! The install crew was very fast but very detailed. Couldn’t recommend them more!
The guys did a fantastic job. They were on time and very efficient. They arrived at 6:30 and were done about 2. I feel i received a better fence than my neighbors did from another company. Thank you
Our tree fell on our neighbors fence installed by this company. We attempted to be good neighbors and reached out to custom fence to get a replacement panel since they completed this job a year ago. Their customer service to my wife and myself was horrible and rude. They didn't give us the time of day and kept blowing off our request to get a fence panel or even have them come out to fix it. We have hired Custom Fence four times. Twice for chain link, once for wood and the most recent for vinyl fencing. The install teams are always professional, punctual and polite. Ethan and his crew did a great job!
