This company sucks!
Fence looks great, but their customer service is horrible. I have called multiple times to get someone out to get a gate readjusted after putting it in and can’t get a straight answer and this has been going on for months. One person showed to look at it and nothing since. Knowing what I know now, I would not use this company and paid more for a service with better customer service. I feel like they got my money and want nothing to do with it.
Overall our experience was disappointing. They were willing to take our order and money but lack in follow up and communication. Repeated calls and delays in getting fence installed later than told. Once it was finally in it seems ok, using rocks, paint cans to stabilize it were questionable. Clean up also lacking, I spent an hour picking up clumps of clay/dirt and we have more landscaping in the spring. Yard was basically a mess. Never got a follow up call asking how everything was. Can't say I'd recommend them.
We just had our existing privacy fence replaced by Custom Fence and I would hire them again in the future! We contacted a few different companies to get quotes for this project and they were the best in both price and response time. The crew that put up the fence were here on time and worked all day in unbearable heat to complete the project in one day. We have a large yard so this was not an easy project.
