This is the second time we have used Custom Fascia. We requested an inspection and quote to fix a leaking gutter. Someone was able to come around and inspect our gutters and provide a quote quickly. Once we accepted the quote the fix was booked in within a few weeks. The work which was more involved than they had anticipated was but was completed satisfactorily. These guys were excellent, from the visit to determine the scope of the repair through to the repair being completed. The initial visit was on a cold, wet day but Drewe was cheerful and no problem for him assessing the job in the rain. The quote was anround what I expected and I was kept informed of when the work was to be done. On the day the repair was carried out by Jonathan and his coworker and that were very friendly, helpful and respectful. We had our gutters replaced by Custom Facia and Spouting and have had nothing but trouble with the gutter guard they installed so have removed it completely. There has also been issues of their invoices not matching their quotes for example a complete downpipe was quoted then discovered only a small spreader was required but the full cost of a downpipe was charged which was then questioned and finallywe got the issue resolved. Would not recommend this company they do not stand behind their work.
Came quickly for a quote. Gave helpful tips at time. Had to wait a few weeks for job to be done but very happy with results, price, communication and professionalism. Wish we'd tried them 3 years ago. No overflows with last night's rain. No longer anxious about those extra heavy rain dumps that seem to be getting more frequent.
