We love the doctor and staff very friendly and sufficient. My mouth was hurting really bad and I went to see the doctor close to closing and he was very patient with me and got me back to normal.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough! When the urgent care run by my employer turned me away due to their x-ray machine being “out of order,” I stopped at the next urgent care I passed, Custom Family Care. Although they are out of network with my insurance, I won’t even bother going to the one run by my employer again because the care and service I received here was far superior to any other clinic or full doctor’s office that I have ever been too previously. Everyone there was courteous and very helpful with helping me of my needs
I visited the office today and it was a great experience. I was seen almost immediately as a walk-in patient. The NP student and Dawn were very nice and helpful and it was probably the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care.
