5/5 for ease of making an appointment. 0/5 for never showing up to a telehealth appointment and then not notifying me when my in-person appointment the next day was canceled due to... rain. Genuinely one of the silliest things I've ever experienced with Healthcare. 2.5/5.
I have been seeing Dr P since he opened the door. He is excellent! He and his staff are kind and thorough. They make every effort to ensure you are evaluated on issues and your concerns heard. Many urgent care facilities ask you a few questions and do little to no assessing before giving you a handful of medications and sends you out the door. Terrible place I will never go back there! I would rate it a 0. My daughter and I went there on 6/9/23 we paid our copayments and gave our insurance info. I was told they would file it to my insurance. I got a bill 1 year later and I have called numerous times to get the office to file the claim with my insurance company. I was told it was filed and it wasn't. I stopped by the office and no one would return my calls.
