Contacted in regards to possible urgent matter as traveling to Qld and they managed to make time to fit me in. All staff , from receptionist , assistant and optometrist Heidi were great and empathetic to my problems. Heidi went out of her way to ensure my own optometrist was immediately informed which got me help in Wild immediately on a Friday afternoon. Excellent service and care from all. Highly recommend.

No doubt Hiedi is a good Optomitrist as for the rest that's a No They don't listen to you can't answer simple questions and are not very helpful and lacking in customer service. And charge like wounded Bull.
