No doubt Hiedi is a good Optomitrist as for the rest that's a No They don't listen to you can't answer simple questions and are not very helpful and lacking in customer service. And charge like wounded Bull.
After going to an opthamoligist in Charlestown for a potential lense insert, and told I wasn't a good candidate due to fuchs, scarring and astigmatisms, i was referred for the potential of sclerical lenses. I booked and attended. Unbeknown to me, I signed an agreement beyond sclerical lenses. The agreement took me from sclericals, down to hard and piggy back soft lenses i have tried custom made hard lenses and soft lenses before.
