This is the second time we've had Bob out at our place for a project and he once again gave us windows we love! He installed 8 Provia Endure windows and we felt a difference the next day in the summer heat! Our old windows didn't provide any insulating properties from the sun whatsoever. The rooms in our home are much more comfortable during these hot days! The difference is night and day and they look absolutely fantastic! We are very happy. I know we'll be much warmer during winter also.

Never showed up for our appointment, no communication at all. Even tried calling an hour after someone was supposed to come and no response
Bob has done work for us on 3 homes now. He is always responsive, communicates great, and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is just perfect. Reasonable prices and takes pride in his work which is hard to find anymore. We wouldn’t use anyone else for door/window replacement needs.
