I needed my guitar engraved to commemorate my late friend who gave me the instrument. For years, I just had his name written in sharpie on the back, but these guys upgraded that in the best way possible. I kindly asked to have the work expedited (this is one of my only guitars) and they had it done overnight! I was impressed with the quality and the speed at which this was done. I had a high end tomohawk I wanted to have engraved as a gift for my little brother for Christmas for him graduating a military training. I called them up and they squeezesd me in that day. They did an immaculate job at a fair price, and even let me watch the laser do it's work. They offer a phenomenal service and their staff was very professional and accommodating. They run a very solid shop and Im looking forward to giving them more business.
