Technician was great. Appointment was at 10:30 had to contact company to find out if they were coming. They were 1hr 45min late.
Very nice and professional. Very responsive. We had to make some changes on the fly and they were very accommodating. Will use fir all our future needs.
We had the duct cleaning done 3/25/25. I did not get the service techs names, but they did an excellent job. Very informative and knowledgeable about the process. We also installed the Aerus Air Scrubber. We have always had exceptional service from Custom.
We lost power on a Sunday and it fried the motor of our existing furnace. We used space heaters for a week and had Chaz from Custom Engineering come out on Friday to give us a quote. We chose to go with the company and Chaz worked with Jason and Louis to have our furnace installed the very next day. The guys did have to come back to finish up all the installation of our heat pump. They were proficient and knowledgeable. We are so thankful to have a working furnace.
The guys that came to the church to fix our furnaces were very knowledgeable, they were friendly and got things done quickly.
