Give the man a raise. Technician Jason Reid did a great job installing both a new furnace and a central air conditioner for us. The installation of the central air unit proved to be particularly challenging. Jason is very personable and easy to work with. We're glad he's the tech that Custom Engineering sent to do the job. Quick response. The technician arrive the same day I called and completed replacement of thermocouple to keep my pilot light lit since it had been going out frequently. I find this company and all the employees I have interacted with to be very professional and friendly.
