They literally never answer the phone. Came out to our house over a month ago to measure an order for our countertop. We’ve been calling them for the past two weeks and haven’t heard anything.
This is such a Godsend of a company. The whole team is super friendly and knowledgeable. They did such a beautiful job. 10/10 recommend. I wish I could give 100 stars.
Custom Elite installed our counters 3 years ago and they did a very professional job. A little over a month ago I noticed a small chip in the granite around the edge of the sink. My husband has called at least 4 times amd I have called once asking for a repair person could come a fix the chip. Three times we have been given a day when a repair man will be at the house to make the repair. Schedules have been rearranged in order to be at home and each time the repairman has been a no show.
