In 2014, owner upgraded our electricity. He did a fine job, but never returned to cover an exposed cord outside. Was pleased with his work, told him so. I reminded him about cover for exposed cord and he claimed no memory of ever being at our house. Decided to try to call him again to install lights. I called and left two voice mails, and received zero callbacks.
