I Contacted Keith Taylor at Custom electric for a existing chandelier replaced and install new one, Keith is funny and extremely knowledgeable and knows what are my options. Great company! Put in a call for residential service, and one of the electricians called back directly to schedule a time. Kevin was prompt, personable, and quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it on the spot. Will absolutely use them again in the future!

I was on loan with custom with territorial electric at the Amazon building in Edmonton and they are very unprofessional. The lead hands are apprentices that are very rude. It’s -20 outside and the heated bathrooms were locked , I went to see why and they told me to go in the porta - poty, they said I’ve been doing it for 20 years, grow a pair , don’t be a pus*y. They have no company tools and when I voiced that they fired me . What a joke . The big boss was accommodating because he probably took some corsets on how to be in ... read more
