First ordered from Carolina Driveline, waited almost a month with no updates, and I had to call every week and was told, "We are waiting on parts," with no ETA. I ordered from Tom Woods late evening on a Tuesday, called the next day around lunch to get an ETA, and was told it was sitting there ready to ship out that evening or first thing next morning. These guys are freaky fast and freaky good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

I had a front driveshaft explode on my Disco1. I’ve always heard good things about Tom Wood’s so I thought now would be a good time to pull the trigger. Troy was very helpful in walking me through how to get the measurements and recommending which driveshaft to go with. Within 5 days of speaking to Troy I had my driveshaft at my front door. Top notch service I hope I don’t have a driveshaft explode again but if I do I know where to buy another.

Absolutely incredible customer service!! I had ordered a new driveshaft for an upcoming trip and there was a little shipping miscommunication. They built and shipped me another driveshaft the same day and overnighted it across the country so I had it in time. Seriously didn’t think this level of service existed anymore! Can’t say enough good things about them!

I've had a driveline vibration since I bought my Jeep a year ago. This weekend down in Moab the front drive shaft Cardone joint started coming apart so I had to pull it out to drive home. My driveline vibration was gone. Got quotes to get it rebuilt and balanced and then called these guys and it wasn't much more money to just have them build a whole new shaft with quality parts. Needed double cardan driveshafts for a lifted 80 Series Land Cruiser. Took the factor ones up to them yesterday so they could take exact measurements and they called today with them finished and I've already installed and done a test drive. Smooth as butter. Wish they did more than driveshafts so I could use them more often!
