I told Merritt that my drapery cords were difficult to open and close. He looked up at the top of the drapes and said I need a new rod - $647.00. I said okay but canceled 2 days later because the rod ( or track) looked perfectly fine. I looked closer discovered the the cords were twisted at the top. I untwisted the cords and now everything works perfectly. I lost $191.00 deposit but it could have been $647.00.
I dealt with Merritt and he was amazing! I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure. Merritt (Sal) came with tons of samples and fabrics.
