One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting a truck worked on. Took way longer than they estimated and never fixed the problem.
Thank you to Custom DPF Solutions for cleaning my system. 1 Day in and all seems good. However, I give 3 stars for the following. We were roughly quoted $1300 and I was told they honored Ohio Tax Exempt Forms. When I got the bill it was $1800 and they then said the do not honor Ohio Tax Exempt forms. I call this a Bait and Switch. I recommend you get your quotes in writing! Because they B&S's me I would likely find another provider in the future.
