We purchased a door from them a few years back and were having problems with the faceplates and locking mechanism. My salesperson by the name of Jim Scuderi was very knowledgeable and interested in what I was trying to accomplish. I purchased three storm windows and double French doors for my patio. It turned out exactly as I anticipated and very satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend using Jim Scuderi and Custom Door and window.
