Custom door shop did an excellent job on my door. From my rep Frankie B to the person that installed the door, the process was seem-less. Frankie was very knowledgeable, and did a great job with the sales process. They also included all the hardware in the price of the door, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend Custom Door Shop and ask for Frankie B when you go in!
We had a wonderful experience with Customer Door Shop! We worked with Jimmy, who made sure all of our windows and new front door were exactly what we wanted! His communication and attention to detail were perfect throughout the ordering process. I needed a new impact front door. Many of my neighbors used Custom Door Shop with success so I figured to do the same. Met with Jimmy at the Jupiter location. Jimmy was very knowledgable and helped us choose a door that worked perfectly with our decor. It did take awhile to get the door installed due to manufacturing. However, when there was an issue with the fabricator making the wrong size sidelight, Custom Door was all over the it and got it resolved with little to no delay.
I found dealing with the Custom Door Shop a very good experience and especially their sale person, Jimmy Scuderi, who was extremely professional and my point person with the company. Jimmy assisted me throughout the process, was always accessible and helpful..
I worked with Jimmy out of the Jupiter showroom. I explained to him what I wanted for my front door what I wanted it to look like. They were knowledgeable, innovative, and paid attention to detail. The door came out exactly the way I had envisioned it. The installers could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Jimmy and his company
