Jim was impossible to reach whenever a revision on the quote was asked for, such as "how much more would it cost to go to a 13,000lb lift from a 10k?" Several other small questions like that resulted in 1 month of waiting for responses. I would call his cell phone and the office and leave messages, texts, emails. They might do good work, but they are understaffed and grumpy.
