Employee cleaning my Telluride lost the cargo cover which is a piece of the vehicle and now my service dog cannot safely ride in the rear of my vehicle. The owner will not replace it or pay for a new one.
I was not happy when I heard the price of my detail job on my SUV! Then I was shown the paint they wore off while trying to get the tar off! Which I was told, if I go get the paint to cover it, they will put that on for me at no extra charge. The total cost came to $385.73 with tax and the extra that was charged for using a credit card. Like I carry 374.50 on me!!
