I used Harry Parker about 25 years ago, and he did excellent work. His son Harry now runs the business. I met him by my boat and showed him the existing cover which needs to be replaced. He quoted me a price of about $3,000, maybe a little less or a little more, depending on the total time. He completed in about a month. He charged $3,300 cash only.
