We've had two metal awnings installed on our home by Custom Awnings: one on the front porch and one on the back. We couldn't be happier. It's a family-owned business, their team is very professional, they showed up when they said they would, the price was competitive and they TOTALLY stand behind their product. Standing seam awning for the front of my house. Turned out exactly the right size and color that I wanted. It took a long time to get it, but it was worth the wait as it is perfect. They were also very friendly to deal with.
Custom Design Awning was recommended by The Patio Shoppe. I called and made an appointment with Jackie for the following week after I initially called. He never showed. I called him the day of our appointment and he said he could come the next day at 9:00. No apology, or explanation why he flaked on our first appt.
