Tony built our family a very large, very impressive deck. Our old deck was falling apart, and I found Custom Deck and Porch to build us something new from the ground up. Tony communicated with us well and always kept us informed throughout the process. Now that the job is finished we couldn't be happier and everyone that's seen our deck is very impressed. When we first met with Tony, saw his previous work, and heard his passion for building decks, we thought he was going to be way out of our price range. He ended up being the most reasonable of all of our quotes! Tony went above and beyond our expectations tearing down, leveling our multi-layer deck to one level, adding beautiful railings and wide stairs. Well I need to find more places to review Tony's work! Tony just finished an absolute masterpiece at my home in Clintonville that had no shortage of curve balls thrown our way. I threw a couple of 'em! I have never seen a man work harder or more diligently in my life. It was a treat to watch such a craftsman work his craft. We had a large, multi-level deck and pergola built, and the process was a breath of fresh air. I always felt confident in the process and design approach. We couldn't be happier with the result.
Tony seems to be the kind of guy who does a great job not because he is contractually obligated to do so, but because he takes great personal pride in his work. I find that to be a rare quality in a contractor, and I couldn't be happier with the work that he did on my deck. The job was completed beautifully, on budget, and ahead of schedule.
Our deck is amazing! Tony is so easy to work with and his work is beyond anything I could have hoped for. His craftsmanship is one to behold and I easily have the best looking and built deck in the neighborhood. 100% recommend.
