I went to Ramel last month to get a shave before a wedding I was attending and it went well, I went back for a haircut and trim of my beard and l was butchered! I asked him why he doesn't have us face the mirror, he said he's because of a professional which is BS! He is a butcher!!. The top of my head was cut at different lengths, the sides didn't match and I had to shave my beard completely off he ruined it so much. If the man can't turn his chair around and show you what he's doing, don't go!
Been going to ramel for years he's always professional and does a great.
