Ran into Conrad on his lunch break. I saw the truck and bombarded him with questions. I needed a repair done 3 stories up. He gave me his card and was very polite. When I called, he made arrangements to check it out, and things were fixed the very next day. It was a small job, but very high up. He was timely, polite and had fair pricing. I will definitely use him again.
We paid good money to have gutters installed but they left one gutter assembly unbolted and, despite repeated promises from Conrad to return and make things right, never showed up. As a result, I had to hire someone to climb to the roofline and fix the leaky drainpipe.
